We're seeking ambassadors that will greet pilots and passengers in our lounge, coordinate incoming and departing flights and be sure that every request from our clients isn't just met, but is instead exceeded.

With customer service as our top priority, daily tasks involve using a computer and a high level of concentration is imperative as the environment changes frequently and at a fast pace. Responsibilities include assisting and/or providing pilots and guests with the following: fuel orders, online times, notices of arrivals/departures, verbal and written directions, making vehicle rental reservations, making hotel and catering arrangements, personal vehicles and A/C key handling, and in-person, over the telephone, radio, email and facsimile communications.
The CEC is also responsible for entering data related to invoicing, payment processing and fuel records. In addition, assists with general cleaning and stocking the pilot and passenger lounges with coffee, water and other items as provided.
Applicants must be eligible to acquire and maintain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Access Pass in order to work at the airport.
We require a good attitude, computer skills, exceptional problem solving abilities, great written and oral communication skills, and a valid Nova Scotia Driver's License. Aside from those skills, be someone who enjoys a great challenge and ever changing priorities.
The CEC must be able to accommodate changing work hours, variable schedules and weekend work as required.
